Heating
Place the compress in the microwave (600 W – 25 sec, 385 W – 40 sec). Remember to spread the gel pack evenly.

Cooling
Place the compress in the freezer (for approximately 2 hours). Remember to keep it away from food. Spread the gel pack evenly.

SAFETY INFORMATION
Do not puncture the packaging with sharp objects or apply excessive pressure to it. Do not strike or step on the packaging. If the gel pack is damaged, torn, or cracked, discontinue use and throw it in the trash. If the product cracks, avoid contact with eyes and skin. If the liquid comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with clean water. If the gel pack contents are accidentally swallowed, drink plenty of water, try to induce vomiting, and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not apply directly to bleeding skin or to injuries with signs of inflammation. Do not apply hot/cold gel packs directly to the skin, especially straight from the microwave or refrigerator.
