- The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Clients as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller as the entity managing and operating the Online Store.
- The Regulations are available in the Polish language version at http://iks2.pl.

Customers are obliged to comply with proprietary copyrights and rights arising from the registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility and industrial designs.

The Owner of the Online Store undertakes to securely process Customers' personal data only for the purpose of a reliable performance of the distance sales contract. The Privacy Policy is included in the regulations, it is available when placing an order and sent each time in an e-mail along with the confirmation of the order.
7. The Shop sells only in B2B (business to business) model, i.e. to business customers (Entrepreneurs).
II. DeFINTIONS
Terms used in the Regulations mean, respectively:
- Shop - an online store operating at http://iks2.pl, selling products at a distance.
- Owner- IKS 2 Mucha Sp. J., Rybnicka 9, 43-190 Mikołów, NIP 6350002557, REGON 270144480.
- Client - Entrepreneur, ie a natural person, a legal person or an entity without legal personality, who performs legal acts on its own behalf as part of business or professional activities, excluding consumers.
- Pracownik – osoba umocowana przez Klienta do działania w jego imieniu w ramach usług świadczonych przez Właściciela na http://iks2.pl.

User - any entity using the Internet, which will enter the Store's website.

Customer Account - a field containing data on transactions carried out and an instrument used to carry out orders placed by the Customer.

Newsletter - a service provided by the Online Store to the User who agreed to send them a Newsletter, consisting in sending to such Users all information about the operation of the Online Store, after voluntarily providing by the User e-mail address, name and surname.

Consumer - a private individual who performs legal transactions with an entrepreneur not directly related to his business or professional activity.

Entrepreneur - a private individual, a legal person or an entity without legal personality that performs a legal act on its own behalf as part of an economic or professional activity.

Working days - days of the week from Monday to Friday, except on statutory holidays.

Regulations - this document specifying the terms and conditions of using the Online Store and purchasing products therein.

Registration - voluntary data provided by the Store's Customer, consisting in completing the form available on the pages of this Store.
III. Technical conditions of using the online store
- In order to use the Store, the Customer should have:
device transferring ICT data; access to the Internet;- adres email.
- The store collects information contained in Cookies files, which are text files. These files do not retain any personal data, they are used in an anonymous way to assess the real interest in the website on the Online Store website. Cookies are used to exchange information between the Online Store and the User, which greatly facilitates the adjustment of the offer to the expectations and preferences of each User. The customer decides about the use of cookies. Web browsers are often set by default to install these files on the client's end device, which can change settings at any time.

The store informs that disabling the use of cookies by the customer may affect the functionalities available in the Online Store.

IV. registration and log in
- In order to create a "Customer Account", the Customer registers by sending a request to create an account via the form available at http://iks2.pl or by sending an email to: iks2@iks2.pl
- After positive verification, the owner sends the customer a login and password to the order panel.
- The password provided when logging in to the Online Store may consist of letters, numbers and / or special characters. The password is individual for each user. The password can be changed on the website by entering the e-mail address and the new password.
- Setting up a "Customer Account" is free.
- Verification and approval of data by the Owner is a condition of placing an order in the Shopping Panel.
- The customer has the opportunity to indicate the name and surname of the delegated employee along with the transfer of the password to the account in the Online Store.
- The customer undertakes to provide real data.
- The Customer, by accepting the Regulations, makes a statement as follows:
I volunteered to use the services of the Online Store; the data contained in the form is true;- undertakes to fulfill all obligations in connection with placing an order in the shopping panel.
- Registered Customer / Employee has the option of:

access to the status and order history;

receiving individual discounts and promotional coupons;
- information about the possibility of participating in promotions;
- Product order;
- posting an employee;

change of your data;

change of your password;
- check your order.

- Registration allows you to log into the system.

The customer may not copy, modify or distribute content, images of logos without the prior consent of the authorized person.
V. ORDER EXECUTIONS
- The Online Store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, enabling the Customer to place an order at any time, except for maintenance breaks.
- If the proposed content of the sales contract, which is placed on a VAT invoice, is not consistent with the order placed by the Customer, the Customer should inform the Online Store without undue delay by sending an e-mail with an indication of the discrepancies noted. The Online Store will send the client the corrected content of the proposed contract.

The customer can place an order by:

The terms of each order can be determined on an individual basis.
- The client empowers the employee to all the obligations under the purchasing platform.

The customer is responsible for the actions of the employee designated by him as part of the store's activities.
- The ordering process:
logging in via data provided by the Owner after positive verification;- the choice of goods by adding them to the basket;
- move to the "Basket" and place an order;
- preparation of ordered goods by the Owner's employee;
- payment by the Customer, unless the Customer has used the trade credit;
- sending goods by courier DPD, own transport of the Owner or own collection.
- The customer should provide:
- Entrepreneur's data to invoice;
- the exact delivery address;
- telephone number
- e-mail adress
- name, type, colori and quantity of products
- The final confirmation of placing an order is a VAT invoice, which is generated in the system after completing the order. The invoice has products and arts that are available in the store.
- The owner does not charge shipping costs if (concerns shipping in the territory of Poland only):
a) Orders of cardboard quantities of Careteo and Toyz brands;
b) Orders for min. 1000 PLN net:
• Careteo and Toyz brands in the case of a quantity smaller than the cardboard quantity;
• accessory brand products.
c) Orders that consist of:
• cardboard quantities of Careteo and Toyz brands;
• products of additional brands for PLN 200 gross. - If the conditions of point 10, the shipping cost is 20 PLN net for each package in the shipment.
- The owner provides a guarantee for own brands. The warranty rules are set out in the warranty card on the website and added to the product. The guarantee is granted directly to producers on other products.
- The owner does not accept the return of goods that have been shipped in accordance with the order placed.
VI. FORMS OF PAYMENTS

The customer has the opportunity to pay for the goods as a result of the order placed via:
a) Prepaid;
b) Cash On Delivery;
c) Trade credit
d) Electronic payments - In order to obtain a trade credit, the Contractor must meet the following conditions:
- within 12 months from granting the merchant's credit, he will make purchases for at least 2000 PLN gross;

will pass positive verification in the KRD.

If the Customer fails to pay the trade credit within 3 months, the Owner has the right to withdraw from the contract.
VII. PRICES
- The prices given for products on the Online Store website are given in PLN and are NET prices
- The price of the product before the "to basket" button designation does not include shipping costs and other additional fees. Shipping and payment costs are added to the sum of ordered products.

The final price of the order, binding the Online Shop and the Customer is the product price given on the VAT invoice generated in the system.
VIII. DELIVERY
- The customer selects the type of delivery available on the Online Store website, they are:

DPD courier

Own delivery of the Owner only for delivery addresses from the Śląskie Voivodeship;
- Personal collection

- Plastic products, accessories, items are NOT sent by courier.
- The delivery date is determined individually with the customer in the order confirmation.
- Deliveries take place on working days, from Monday to Friday. On weekends and free days from work, deliveries are not carried out.

Courier shipments are covered by insurance.

The customer at the time of receipt of the shipment is required to check the goods and in the event of any damage to write the protocol in the presence of the supplier. Writing the protocol is a condition for submitting a complaint or exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.

The goods are delivered in Poland.
IX. PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING CUSTOMER DATA
- Detailed rules for the processing of personal data of Customers-natural persons are set out in the "Privacy Policy", which is an integral part of the Regulations.
X. Newsletter service
- Newsletter sending service consists in sending all information, by e-mail, regarding the activities of the StoreKlient korzysta z usługi Newslettera w sposób dobrowolny.

- The customer may at any time opt out of the Newsletter service by submitting a cancellation via email or changing his account settings.XI. Dropshipping.
- The customer can use the Dropshopping service by:
- Placing an order for specific products, at which data will be marked;Podanie danych do doręczeń;
- The client sends the list and sends his courier. Delivery information can be found on the lists. The customer declares that they will deliver the goods in accordance with the content of the order, which they will receive from the person who placed the order with him.

The customer is liable for providing correct data for delivery and for placing an order for his customer.

The entrepreneur who sends the goods is obliged to provide information on returns and complaints.
- Guarantees and complaints are considered by the Client (Entrepreneur) with whom the order was placed on the terms set out in these Regulations.
- The customer (entrepreneur) is obliged to deliver the ordered goods to his customer within a maximum of 30 days.
XII. OTHERS

- If the Customer is an entrepreneur, all disputes arising from the Regulations or sales agreements will be settled amicably by the Parties through negotiation or mediation, and in the event of the parties' failure to agree - by the General Court competent for the Owner's registered office.
- If the Customer is an Entrepreneur, the liability under the warranty is excluded.
