The nipple shields come in two sizes. Small covers fit warts from 12 mm in diameter, and medium ones - up to 21 mm. To find your size, sit back and wear one of the nipple shields. Turn the sheath clockwise and insert the nipple into the tunnel. Then stretch the base of the sheath around the areola. EASY CLEANING IN A HYGIENIC CASE
You should clean the nipple shields before each use. It takes less than 10 minutes. Place the casings in boiling water for five minutes or use a special case. Put in it well-rinsed casings and pour in 25 ml of water. Then place the case in a microwave oven and turn on the power of 750–1000 W for 3 minutes. Wait five minutes for them to cool down. Pour out the water. The casings are ready to use. Use this convenient case for cleaning the casings while traveling. Of course, it is also used to store them.
COMBINING BREAST AND BOTTLE FEEDING
The Philips Avent nipple shield is made of a very thin and soft silicone material that is closer to the material used in baby feeding products. Makes the transition from breastfeeding to bottle feeding easier when combining both methods.
