Choosing the right nipple is important:
Everyone learns at their own pace. Sucking is a skill that some babies master faster than others. Therefore, some babies may initially use our "First Flow" nipple (nipple size 0) before transitioning to Natural Response nipples. Switch to the "First Flow" nipple if your baby takes longer than 20 minutes to drink 50 ml/1.7 oz with Natural Response nipples. Try the higher-flow Natural Response nipple if your baby plays with the nipple instead of drinking or seems frustrated. If feeding difficulties persist, consult your doctor.
