How to use
Apply after breastfeeding (there's no need to wash it off before the next feeding) or as a preventative measure, gently spreading the ointment onto irritated nipples. It's recommended to start using the cream before delivery. Lanolin may leave greasy marks on clothing – stains can be removed by washing in hot water. We also recommend using nursing pads to avoid staining your clothing.
