Use:

The foundation should be changed every 4-6 hours, and even more often if necessary

We recommend using Extra Absorbent Pads for the first 2 weeks after delivery and Discreet and Absorbent Pads after 2 weeks postpartum.

It should be remembered that the amount of blood, as well as the duration of the lochia, is an individual matter.

Therefore, Mums may switch to a smaller size at an earlier/later stage if they feel it is appropriate.
